Can't wait to see what the NRA says about this. To my African American peeps: the Second Amendment doesn't apply to you.

I didn't expect it to turn out any other way. It's the way it is unfortunately. The officer shot at Castille seven times.

They didn't even get him for reckless discharge when there was a kid in the car.

The never convict cops. Juries just refuse to do it. I think because they can't prove intent. Cops don't go to work intending to kill someone. It's generally negligence. Then combine that with the cover up culture within departments. The only justice is in civil court.

It's funny that Minnesota tries to come off as a progressive state. They'll probably elect this officer for mayor now.

This was a textbook case of "he said, he said".

No video, only the officer's word since Castile succumbed to his wounds.

He's no longer going to be a cop.

This is the best case scenario from a horrible situation.

The police need better conflict escalation protocols. We are trained by the police that we need to reach for our license and registration. They know this and should develop a new standard procedure for getting that information.

You keep your hands at 10 & 2 on the wheel at all times unless instructed to do otherwise.

When asked to produce your papers tell the officer the location of your papers and then ask permission to retrieve the information.

All this bs about how African Americans should arm themselves is a canard. This is why black folks see cops as the enemy. And I see no reason why that should stop.
What's crazy is people continue to say blacks need to reach out and kiss the police's backside and "win them over".

A man is riding with his girlfriend and a small child in the backseat, but the cop has his gun out ready start blazing.
