The answer is a clear and simple "No". Conspiracies are fragile matters, especially in the long run.
(from here on, I'm not talking to skins_fan82 but to people inclined to give this conspiracy theory even as much as the benefit of the doubt)
Do you realize how much cooperation that kind of thing would take to convince people that Sandy Hook is fake in some way? "The most powerful man in the world" couldn't even keep secret the following secrets for long, events much easier to cover up than a massacre affecting a whole town.
-a hotel break-in for the purpose of stealing a few documents,
-an even more covert "arms for hostages" deal to Iran and ship the arms to Nicaraguan contras (Iran-Contra Scandal in the mid 80s, for those not old enough to remember).
-getting a BJ from an intern.
For Sandy Hook, he would have to have the cooperation of at minimum - thousands of people.
-the teachers
-the school headmaster
-the local school board or board of directors (can't remember if the school was public or private)
-the police
-the mayor, the town council, and all members of the town government
-the parents
-all other people in the town who know the parents and the kids personally (no doubt this includes lawyers, doctors, and so forth)
-the coroner
-the media (local, state, national, and international)
No doubt a conspiracy of that scale would need at minimum several million dollars in hush money. With that many people involved, somebody's bound to get careless and not cover the tracks (i.e. the trail of money). If Sandy Hook really were a conspiracy, then why haven't we seen someone break the silence already, after - what, five years?

I'd sooner trust Beavis and Butthead's definitions of "cool" and "uncool". Go to youtube and search for Alex Jones BBC CNN. The least I can say about Alex Jones is that he's not a serious commentator, he's a sensationalist - The Art Bell of current events.
