The FBI has not ruled out Trump's involvement.

Trump keeps demanding that people say he is not under investigation. Folks have dutifully replied that he was not under investigation at the start, and that he was not under investigation at points along the way.

This is quite different than ruling out Trump's involvement.

Sekulow basically loses his rag at some point in every interview, even on Fox LOL. It's quite funny. Another Trump contemporary bites the dust and loses their credibility.

My favourite interview is this one though:
Chris Cuomo goes at Sekulow for a full 13 and a half minutes:

Cuomo, Trump lawyer clash over Russia probe - CNN Video

OP thanks for the thread BTW, it's been very entertaining.
Too funny.

I saw him get snippy with Chris Wallace.

Where the hell does Trump find these characters?

Sekulow had to admit that he didn't know whether Trump is under investigation or not.
At a minimum, a letter would have been sent to inform the president he was under a federal criminal investigation and suspected of committing a crime.

This is just what the media has been doing for months, using rumor, innuendo, and purposely mischaracterizing the facts, and relying solely on unnamed sources, all to smear the president.

If, after eleven months of investigating this Russia-Trump conspiracy have not found any evidence.... yeah, the FBI has ruled Trump out.

Well if youre not investigating someone you cant say they are involved in a crime.......duh.

The only way Trump will be involved in the future is if something turns up related to all the other things/people they are investigating.

Those of you thinking they are going to turn over every rock in Trumps financial history when he is not even under investigation I think are going to be sorely disappointed.

You don't seem to understand that all they have done is take over the ongoing FBI investigation which again for those not paying attention was not investigating Trump.

Believe what you will.

Trump either was either an unwitting dupe or knew and approved of what was going on.

Ta da. You got it.

Investigations of drug cartels and crime organizations start with those on the bottom, the ones mostly likely to get caught red-handed committing crimes. They interview them, compare stories, offer deals and eventually work their way up the ladder.

Now whether Flynn "stays strong" and Carter can keep from blabbing, etc., remains to be seen.

But we have firmly established that Trump was not being investigated at the start.

I've always had it lol. Anyone with any common sense knows this.

I'm not the one posting nonsense that they are going to review every financial transaction in Trumps life.

This is no different than any private citizen. Commit a crime tied to someone the FBI is investigating and you will likely end up part of that investigation.

There is no indication or scintilla of evidence after months of FBI investigation that Trump was engaged in anything criminal. All we have is a smear campaign by the leftist media.

Have the investigations concluded? If not - how do you know any of the above?

That isn't to say there is anything there, but your confidence that there isn't is a bit perplexing.

Do you think the FBI is so inept that after almost a year they cant decide whether or not they should investigate the Pres?

Clearly they made that decision pretty definitively for the FBI Director to be telling the pres and congress he wasn't under investigation.
