Also anyone familiar with gamergate will know just how widespread hatred of feminism is among young men. It crosses all social and religious boundaries. Christians think it's evil, and atheists think it is antiscientific. for example in stuff like Thunderfoot's videos, elevatorgate etc.

To be clear, it's modern day feminism that is disliked. A recent study showed that less than 20% of young women considered themselves a feminist, yet all of them believed in equal rights for men and women. It's because of the radical feminists that these issues are popping up.

Ah, poor little gamer snowflakes. I've been playing video games longer than a lot of them have been alive. They would be better off if they just played more video games instead of doxxing , threatening rape and more.

If you ever find yourself in the buttcrack of Virginia (Hampton Roads), you are totally welcome to come join us on the giant floating flamingos for some vidja games. There ain't no difficulty quite like giant floating flamingos. ((I made waterproof controllers for this reason))
Buut, so this doesn't get deleted as off-topic. Yeah. It's really telling when a poster basically throws their support behind a bunch of dudes who will use the threat of rape to try and shut down women.
Some points were previously covered, but not my central point, which was this:
Your claim is that feminism has failed because, according to one study, happiness has decreased for a majority of women. Despite the tentativeness of the conclusion about women's happiness and the role of feminism in this unhappiness, I've granted you this premise. Given that women are unhappy and feminism is the cause, the supposed "failure of feminism" is still debatable because, the success of feminism, so far, is only partial. Achieving something closer to equality of pay, opportunity, etc., is only part of the solution, just as the Emancipation Proclamation was only part of the solution for achieve the empowerment of blacks. Technical equality on paper eventually needs to be accompanied by changes in social attitudes. Basically, technical equality (which is closer to reality today, thanks to feminism) is necessary but not sufficient for the type of deep empowerment needed for a statistically measureable rise in women's happiness.
This sounds suspiciously similar to ...
"Feminism has reduced the self-reported happiness of women."
"Ah, but no true feminism would reduce the self-reported happiness of women."
To be serious though, if you're talking about a different type of feminism than that realized today, then that's purely in the domain of speculation. We simply don't know enough to say anything about it one way or another.

And just what stance makes a woman a radical feminist?

I would say a lot of it depends on how she treats and views men.

Why are you so butthurt about men not putting up with the bs parts of feminism? Of which there are many of course.
Seems like you feel threatened by it or someone is hitting too close to home. You must be interested in trying to protect the feminists and cover up what they're really for which is power and leverage over men.

I want to join this magical pool party!
For years, I played male characters because I knew the quickest way to get harassed in game was to let on that I was a girl - a cruel lesson to learn as a 12 year old just wanting to mine some coal in Runescape or let loose a zerg rush on Starcraft. GamerGate simply put faces to the avatars that any woman on the internet has always been aware of.
It's interesting when people defend those who send rape threats and dox women simply because they don't like what they have to say.

So she a regular good feminist if she likes you and treats you good and a bad radical feminist if she is mean and indifferent?
