I think everyone knows that it'a not really free, the costs are just handled by taxes. Some things have to be paid for by taxes, just like how other things are better when privatized

lol, of course they are social democratic programs. Thats how all western European social democratic programs work as well. Not surprisingly, as both FDR and JFK were social democrats with strong union support.

Taxpayer funded services are mocked as free stuff we cant afford by republicans. Only free stuff to the military industrial complex and Wall Street can be afforded.

So make Medicare available to everyone. Since we all pay for healthcare for the rest of our lives, might as well make Medicare part of the equation

not yet they arent, but their intake of Syrian refugees(the ones that didnt make it to Sweden) is going to change things
