He has a plan, but he's asking the generals for a plan. Wait, what?

But he does not need their plan because he has his own plan.

But he could combine his plan with someone else's plan, but he has a plan.

Because real estate developers are smarter than the generals.

Yet he hasn't put his plan in motion yet, because unless he did it less than 30 days ago, Isis is still around.

But he has a plan. But if his plan is so great, how come he hasn't implemented it yet? I mean getting rid of Isis is a top priority no? I thought we were going to do this quickly? What is he waiting for?

No one that is serious about defeating anything or anyone lays their plan out for the enemy. I don't know if Obama was stupid or just disloyal to our country, or maybe a little of both, but you won't see that foolish behavior with President Trump.
