Maybe the best thing that could happen would be for this to pass.
The Pubs have been very tricky in trying to delay the implementation of the most heinous acts so they think Americans will forget who did this.
But maybe it'll wake up millions who still don't grasp that what Pubs do is take things away from them in order to give more to millionaires. Which is exactly what this bill does.
You forget how entrenched some people are in their parties.
There are tons of rural poor people who would vote for the GOP congressman even if he personally came to their house, shot their dog, beat their kids with a hammer and set their house on fire. (Same with some urban Dems)
Cuts Medicaid.
Massive cuts to nursing home care.
Tens of Millions will lose coverage
Pre-existing coverage is not good
Massive Tax cuts for wealthy
Not much heart unless the Prez can find cash to fund services.
Hopefully there are at least 3 Senators on the Right who have a brain.
Did you actually read it in 3 minutes, or are you just repeating what someone else said?

I agree with that!
How can all the liberals in here slam anything? ACA is failing, there are a million people who are already thrown off because there is no insurer anymore.
Something has to done and you all act like ACA is working perfectly. What's wrong with you?
Press is quoted as saying "at least" three GOP senators will go public this afternoon saying they will not support the bill. If that happens, the bill will be dead, we will have the ACA, and the pressure will resume for the orange one to reinstate the funding which he has slowly pulled to make the plan look less adequate than it really is.
Mitch McConnell saying he doesn't care if it passes or fails. He wants debate over. (And probably doesn't want to go home and try to explain why the bill cuts off health care for millions of people while giving the wealthy a HUGE tax cut).
Just do away with regulation and laws in the healthcare industry regarding patents. Do away with less red tape on medications being allowed in the U.S. leave the choice to the consumer. Give medical providers and health-care facilities more power in dictating cost. Allow healthcare providers turn away people, outside of emergency medicine, if they don't have insurance. Reform Medicare. Reform Medicare by funding States to fund an adjustable insurance pool. Various health insurances for individuals to choose that cover 85% to 95% of health services. Cost is adjusted based off State average income for your household size. In addition to, create an open health insurance market where individuals can pick and choose what they want covered. Cost is transparent as well as services provided. Universal health care for active duty military member's and their families. Health insurance discounts for National Guard, Reserve, and Inactive Duty military member's. Universal Health care treatment for mentally ill, substance abuse, and cancer at nonprofit or public health facilities. Universal Healthcare for U.S. Residents 65 and older. No more mandates that people should have health insurance.
If the articles I have read are correct, the Trump-Care will do two things:
1. Cut benefits for the poor
2. Reduce taxes for the rich
Why am I not surprised?
How does a health care bill reduce taxes for the rich?
