The 9 - 0 decision indicates that the Supreme's see this as more a Constitutional law case than anything. No all the 'Trump tweets' B.S. the progressive liberals are so fixated on. Nor the it was done too quickly or without warning, chaotically meme. This is what The Supreme Court does, rule on the constitutionality of legal issues. They want this constitutional question settled in their court. They will not dismiss the case as 'moot'.

Because this isn't a Muslim ban.

We were originally speaking about loss of travel opportunities and increasing animosity towards Americans abroad in those countries.

Yes there are subtleties and for better or worse Trump is a bull in a China shop. I'm sure we can imagine what his motivation is - Slam the door shut on places that pose an elevated level of threat and then deal with the subtleties later. For someone who has no ties to that region it seems like a sensible prioritization of action for an emergency situation. For others who do have ties such as legit visa holders or have family caught in transit across these borders at the wrong time it could be very unfair.

We will have to go back before 911 when some of those 911 terrorist took flight training in Arizona and Clinton justice department told the FBI 'don't worry about it' after the flight instructor got suspicious and reported the situation to a local FBI office after the trainees only wanted to learn how to steer the plane and not take off and landings.

The fact that Saudi Arabia is NOT on the list shows what a farce this is.

I must be the only one who thinks I have a better chance of being shot up by some psycho white guy in my mall or local theater than I do of being a victim of a terrorist attack in the U.S. Amazing how many people are buying the hate.

Pocahontas and Liberal in general are being hypocritical! Where was all their outrage when Obama did almost the same thing during his administration?
