its extremely well off in my book ( in terms of income )
myself and my partner earn 80 k between us , we have no mortgage on our home and no car loans , i consider us to be reasonably well off
When you have a $2500 mortgage and $10,000 a year in property taxes, 8% state taxes, it's not as much as it sounds like, but they still aren't struggling. And again, the $10K in property taxes is the source of their salaries.

i didnt say it meant they are wealthy , im just saying in terms of income its very well off , i appreciate 250 k wont go far in nyc compared to kansas
its not relevant anyway , its clear to many that even a public health system was cheaper overall and actually increased the wealth of the country as a whole , republicans would still oppose it due to their ingrained mean spiritedness
i actually think trump might be just what is needed to finally get americans to abbandan their incredible deference towards the super wealthy , he will direct so much towards his fellow one percenters , the straw that breaks the camels back will eventually happen under his watch , probably his second term
with the internet , you cannot brainwash the younger generation , information is too available , younger americans know that europeans and australians dont live in north korean style states yet people on low incomes still get proper healthcare , republicans will likely cross a line soon
They voted for it. No pity. None. Zero. I think red state voters should get all the Trump they can stand. I do not care one single bit, they voted to lose their coverage and they should get it.
Blue state voters will be much better off doing our own coverage and not sending our money to red states or covering red state refugees running to our states.
a few blue states have already figured out the truth...you cant afford singlepayer

Are these calculations based on percentage of population? Because Texas and Kansas should be close to the top as a percentage, both are very high, as in estimated #2 and #3 in the country.
While I would love to see single payer in my state, I am also fine with seeing our state use Obamacare as a way to launch a very efficient state insurance exchange. Perhaps we partner with Oregon and California. There are ways we can do this that have absolutely nothing to do with red states. I don't care what red states do as long as I'm not paying for them.
It never fails that the new liberal talking points come out, and all the papers and MSM comes out to parrot them.
They are calling it a "redistribution of wealth", when in reality it was Obama who was the redistribution king, taking from the rich and middle class to keep the leaches from having to do for themselves.
It is akin to when the radical leftists manage to get one of their social engineering projects approved via the un-elected courts, and forced upon the population that never would have voted for it. Then when you try to undo it, they claim the conservatives are being activists by trying to undo their leftist radicalism.

So people without health care are leeches? Are Appalachians leeches? Is the Rust Belt filled with leeches? Because the ones that will be most harmed by Trumpcare are in red states. And they voted for Trump. Guess they can't complain when they lose their coverage.

There is a difference between possessions and money. We only get money in the first place due to government, we don't own the currency, we rent it from the Federal Reserve Bank. What kind of school system did you come up in? Just curious....
