Why is anyone supposed to care about a private citizen on holiday?
Because Trump (and the cult) desperately needs Obama to be around in order to have an enemy to blame and condemn for deflection purposes.
If Obama is out of the country surfing and having a carefree vacation and obviously not caring about Trump's BS, then Trump is like "curses--foiled again!"
Hope Hillary goes off on a great vacay too. Trump will be the frustrated Elmer Fudd sitting in the WH looking for wabbits to hunt. Perfect!
Aatlanta I didn't agree with your OP but I gotta say you started and kept this thread relatively classy and reasonable. The duplicate thread on this same topic got nasty real fast. The OP really sets the tone.
Ever since they lost the tools used during Reconstruction (and for along time afterwards) to "put and keep blacks in their place" certain people have been eating their hearts out.
I LOVE making "those people" mad. Its like a fun sport to watch "those people" SEETHE with envy when they see a POC living a better life/making more money/etc. I truly do enjoy it.
The Democratic base is growing increasingly frustrated with former President Barack Obama’s actions after leaving office, including a seemingly endless tour of millionaire and billionaire luxury retreats, according to Democrats and activists contacted by Fox News.
Ex-presidents, understandably and un-controversially, go on vacations immediately after leaving office. But the level of luxury the Obamas enjoy on their vacations is unprecedented for a modern-day president, say travel experts.
Since leaving office in late January, Obama has visited late actor Marlon Brando’s private island; the Four Seasons in Bali -- where rooms cost upward of $2,000 per night; a Palm Springs estate; Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island; the exclusive Mid Pacific Country Club in Oahu; the 13th-century Borgo Finocchieto in Tuscany; and the Rising Sun, Hollywood studio mogul David Geffen’s private yacht.
"These are some of the most luxurious travel destinations in the world. Many of our clients spend tens of thousands of dollars or more to stay at these resorts, which cater to the most discriminating and demanding guests,” said Kendra Thornton, travel expert and owner of luxury travel agency Royal Travel. “For example, Necker Island has a nightly price tag of $80,000. Anyone who stays at these properties does so because they want the best of the best."
Fox News contacted the Borgo Finocchieto hotel. It’s actually not really a hotel, at least of the kind ordinary travelers come to expect. It’s a restored medieval hamlet with five villas and 22 bedrooms that can only be rented for a three-day minimum, in its entirety. Obama touched down at a nearby airport in a private jet escorted by six Eurofighter jets from the Italian Air Force. Presumably, the former president scored a deal on the stay since the Borgo Finocchieto is owned by one of his appointees, the former Italy Ambassador John Phillips.
Left-wing activists told Fox News they are troubled by what they see as a trend by Obama to distance himself from the base of the party. It’s not just vacations. The president also has enjoyed hefty fees for speeches to prominent Wall Street firms. It’s all part of a trend, they say, of Obama trying to join the fabled 1 percent.
Yes, we all know you are ultra liberal. Most do not care about the Obamas other than to wish them a happy retirement, seems like some have too much time on their hands, maybe they should concentrate their focus on the Idiot we have in the Whitehouse right now.

Obama has alll that Solyndra millions to spend on something..
I believe he did. That post is a spot on description of Donald Trump.
Except for the lazy part. Obama has never wanted to work. Trump works hard. Obama figured out a way for a public gig to fund his lavish lifestyle. Trump created a business through hard work to fund his.
I'm glad that FOX News is there to let the left know that they are supposedly and anonymously outraged about something.
I saw this article a couple days ago and thought it was hilarious and felt the same thing!
LOL
I know a lot of what I call "Super Democrats" and the LOVE Obama and are happy he is vacationing and relaxing after him and his family having endured so much.
Plus I personally thought it was hilarious that many of the vacations mentioned in the article were free - the one with Richard Branson, I remember reading that he let them use his plane/stay at his place for free.
So not sure why Fox News thinks people are outraged about it.
I honestly think that they know their base hates the Obamas so much that they want to keep them in the news for the sake of Fox ratings.
