A mall is publicly accessible but it is still private land...
Most people do not know the difference.. I suggest you look it up.
well, fair point
However, nothing changes the fact that he was charged with "disorderly conduct".
DC (disorderly conduct) makes it a crime to be drunk in public, to "disturb the peace", or to loiter in certain areas.
Let me repeat myself again, NO ONE is saying he is a pervert or is implying he committed a terrible sex crime. If I get drunk in public, I would be arrested for DC lol It is what it is, folks.
Also, NO ONE is taking away your (the general term) right of watching porn.

The 2nd sentence in the OP article literally says he was arrested after he refused to stop watching the porn. So he was told to stop, refused, then arrested. I don't see a problem here.
Because we all know that laws in acted to frame proper behavior, common sense, and quality of life never are used to infringe on other law biding rights.
Next someone will ***** about kissing and then we have people arrested for kissing in public.... Or breastfeeding... Etc..
Will the public ever learn?
By the way... Public accessible places are not necessarily public land. Do not get the two confused.
The bar from which laws are enacted should be higher than simply someone's fragile state of comfort.
No next, just watching porn. Don't radicalize other people when you can't argue against them.
So what if he has a pattern of watching porn in public in full view of others you ask(I'm paraphrasing)? SMH, You're seriously asking this question? From there your post goes downhill. Notice the word belief comes up in your posts repeatedly, I haven't mentioned what my beliefs are at all. The situation as-is in my opinion is that this is maladaptive behavior, not the behavior of a socially well adjusted person and is very suspect because of the reasons I stated, it isn't a close call by a long shot. But you can choose to see it how you want and ignore the facts. I'm sensing you have a need to feel like you are in the right but the facts don't support your version.
I've revealed enough information and don't wish to inform everyone on a public forum what it is exactly I do for a living.
That's right! So what! Do you have any idea what people around you are doing at all times? You could be sitting on a bus and the guy behind you could be watching or performing all sorts of deviant acts and you wouldn't know unless you make it your business to know. My saying "belief" means I don't have all the information available so I can only give you what I know. You, on the other hand, made several assumptions and then want to label those assumptions as fact.
I've said several times to other posters, I find amusement in this conversation. I'm in Texas. What do I care about a Mickey D's in Pennsylvania? But as someone else said, this is both amusing and sad b/c it's astounding the incredible lengths that people will go in order to pass judgement on someone else in order to be right. I think the deeper question is: why do people care what people are doing around them if it's not impacting them?
You know, there is the possibility that his watching porn didn't result in the disorderly conduct charge. It was probably his refusal or behavior towards the employees that garnered that charge.

Exactly this.
