Lightbulb Islam: The King James Bible does not have over 100 verses that demand we kill all that do not believe and those that hav

Islam and christianity...

Two very similar middle eastern myths.

The serious followers of each tend to look down their noses at the other.

But they both agree on their hostility towards Judaism, from which they both evolved.

Irony isn't a mineral.

I looked hard, but really didn't see any "nervousness".

This meme comes up over and over again, and it's not true. If the Old Testament doesn't carry weight with Christians, then why is it in the Bible?

No, it is the liberals that want to play God.

We are created in Gods image, not be like God.. there is a difference.

This is true. The OT commands Jews to execute people for many reasons, including worshiping other gods, but those commands do not apply to Christians. Note, that Jews do not obey those commands either, and they do not perform animal sacrifices. . As for the quran, it commands muslims execute unbelievers, but it refers to 'meccans', who rejected islam, and were waging a violent rebellion against them. That being the case it is incorrect to claim quran commands muslims to kill any/all unbelievers.

Y'know, one can twist the scriptures any way one thinks they can get away with, but the fact remains that the Koran actually DOES say what has been quoted here.
Jesus told His followers to go out and proclaim the Gospel to the world (The Great Commission), but He did NOT tell them to kill all who would not listen! That is a fact!
