U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis claimed Wednesday the U.S. threat that Syria would “pay a heavy price” if it conducted another chemical attack on its people has actually worked, since no such strike has occurred, Reuters reported.

Anybody really believe this garbage. Trump gave Assad a stern talking to and Trump saved lives. This all sounds so staged. Just b/c Assad didn't do these so called planned attacks today doesn't mean he won't do it in the future. Was this fake news? Was Assad even going to launch a chemical attack?

Well, I threatened the weather gods that if we had a hurricane today, they would be sorry.

Guess what? We did not have a hurricane!

The train of thought you exhibit tells me you believe garbage, if it comes from a source you approve of.

The last chemical attack that the SAA supposedly pulled off has been pretty much torn to pieces. The Syrians didn't do it and anyone who knows anything about chemical warfare or physics ffs knows it too.

I'm willing to bet there'll be another chem attack, it won't be Assads people who do it.

The US is looking for any reason to help its terrorist allies and they'll manufacture one of they have too.

LOL Typical of Trump to take credit for preventing an imaginary event.

That's pretty cool. I carry a rock that prevents tiger attacks. So far it has worked 99% of the time!

Of course, if Assad HAD attacked you would have accused Trump of being weak. Can't win.

No. I would not blame Pearl Harbor on FDR as I would not blame 911 on GWB.

Now why in. A 24 period would the White House first warn on a possible chemical attack and then praise trump for ad everything it by advertising it? Seems like an admin that wants to show something positive and is stretching badly.

With information like this I am assuming you work either the CIA or a senior military position. Please tell me more details about how you know this.
