I agree with both of you! In fact i was thinking if you really wanted to anger him simply send different groups of minority shoppers in on a daily basis to look and never buy. He will get so annoyed with this patronage, that he'll end up probably breaking the law and bam, then you have the means to move the guy.

However, he is within his constitutional right to display and sell whatever he wants.

Also, i'm not white, but the title of this thread is a bit offensive. I know i'm not trying to come across as the PC Police Officer, but if someone will say "Redneck Shop" on this form, then the "N#$$ER Opens Black Power Shop" in South Central LA thread is probably not far behind it. (As they say that train is never late)

It would have been perfectly fine to call the Thread "Racist Shop" Creates Dispute in SC. Just food for thought no big deal either way. There are a lot more racist in this country besides "Rednecks."
