But still want services, good roads, schools and Law Enforcement protection? Would you prefer fee for services? Like toll roads, tuition schools, be given a bill if you call the cops or your house catches fire. Fee to use a library or a city park?

Personally, I don't mind paying my fair share.

They key thing here is
"Paying my FAIR share"
Actually I'd like to see the cost breakdown.
I've never called the cops, so I don't know if I got my money's worth.
Sometimes people do really dumb things then need emergency services like helicopter rescue. I'd like to see them pay for that themselves.

Paying taxes isn't the problem. The government use of the money is.

About $6,096.2 if you are looking at just federal. I pay more then 3X that.

But that would not be fair in my mind. I far prefer a % rate. I can afford that FAR easier then most.
