Obviously, what the guy said was awful but I don't view the woman as innocent either with her mouth. I think they're both in the wrong.

Both that Asian woman AND the I'm guessing "anglo white" dude crossed the line there. Tho what are the odds someone be there with a phone to record this mess? Part of me thinks it's a joke and BOTH crazies were in on it together.
Paula Nuguid says she riding her bike with her 9-year-old daughter, attempting to make a legal left turn, when a man in a Nissan Altima started honking at her and calling her a "*****." She confronted the man, rolling up to his window and demanding, "How ****ing dare you, you entitled white prick?"
"Oh, shut the **** up," he cleverly retorted.
When Nuguid told him, "I can tell you're not from California," the man responded, "You ****ing Cambodian n**ger, get out of here." Aaaaaaand there it is. Smile, *******. You're about to become internet famous.
Nuguid posted video of the encounter on Facebook, saying "I hope his friends, family, and employer see this."
The car driver was a prick and an idiot to choose that word.
However, the lady bicyclist made it about race first and her actions were escalating it - yet she has a holier than though attitude on Facebook over the incident.
We don't have what happened to start it all on film.
That's pretty much how I feel. If someone goes around insulting others for no good reason I can see people getting upset but holy crap, in the heat of an argument your brain tells your mouth to say the most vile thing it can think of. Honestly, the more we try to make words unspeakable the more they will get spoken when people argue. We need to accept it.
Morons are the price we pay for living in the same place as other people do.
I don't care whether either of them gets fired, it's up to their employers - as long as there was a pre-existing code of conduct which clearly stated that using racial slurs in your off time is a firing offense.
Now I wouldn't work for a company like that, but...
