Just think, if we bought American beer some people could afford their own college tuition.

Drink these American-owned American beers for National American Beer Day | Fox News

I know, I know, Bud is something we've adopted as American and they do make some here but, it's not. So, I suggest anyone drinking a Bud to support an American kids school fund and drink an American beer. We can all contribute by small actions.

Yes, nice gesture for an American. We buy so much foreign products it's nice to see one of them pitching in toward our un-affordable lives. But, instead of taking charity from foreign companies, in the long run we might want to create a stable middle class by producing some of our own products. I admit it's hard to compete, so it might take some help from the community. Buy local when you can, it will help Americans afford things like healthcare, and a good education.

The above video shows actor Adam Driver telling a nursing school student she won a scholarship from Budweiser and Folds of Honor. Just a warning, this YouTube video will bring a tear to your eye.

A real beer!
I had several Shiners at a backyard cookout yesterday.

I have a bunch of Buds in the fridge right now because they had a real good sale price so I got a case. They'll last me awhile.

Do you recall the Lone Star commercials from the 80s with the giant armadillo? "The national beer of Texas." Clever advertising, but bottom shelf beer.
