What it established, from a declaration.

It declared, people will not take it anymore.

Liberty will always be more powerful than any government, as long as we are on equal terms.

Not "down the line", we already have no private property. If it was truly private property, you could not be taxed for simply owning it, furthermore it could not be seized for not following the dictates of the government. We only have exclusive usage privileges, and only for as long as we completely subjugate ourselves to any whim of government.

I agree. It's a lovely document.

Beautifully written and written by a brilliant man. The ideals expressed in it are wonderful.

Though I feel I need to specify, I agree that the document is lovely. I don't agree with the "creeping communism" conspiracy that is being expressed here.

The most relevant part with regard to the our perpetual and widening divide among the people who believe in the supremacy of individual rights and those that believe in the supremacy of the fictional collective is:

"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
