Well, we have a problem. Many "Trump" posters claim that Snopes is 'fake' news. Yet, already, some have adhered to this report. What is true, and what is fake?

Aw, why does everything have to be political? Can't we just take a trip down memory lane?
This thread got me to thinking of how lax all my elementary schools were (I went to four different ones). When I was in 6th grade (still elementary then), I was walking around the playground/fields with my friends at recess, and these boys were throwing darts into the ground. I just happened to walk by at the wrong time, and one of those darts landed in my foot. Yeah, that happened.
I can't imagine the teachers at my kids' school ever allowing real darts on school property, but our teachers were just blase about it. My teacher basically told me to suck it up and put a bandaid on it. I went back to playing right after that.
Again, a part of that playset was at my elementary school in the '70s.
Maybe so, Im just stating this photo isnt of a school playground. Still a badass playground, and I am one of fhose old school types who thinks the world has gone soft (well, knows so actually, from my experience in construction over the last 30 yrs), but nonetheless this wasnt a school.

I looked at the link on Snopes. It was some after school program to watch the kids while their parents worked. I didn't even know they had a need for programs like that then, but it was poor kids so I guess both parents had to work.
I'm excited to report that we are just 22 laws away from perfect and absolute Utopia.
