Yeah, I know.

Chicago PD confiscated more than 8000 guns last year mostly from repeat offenders.

Why was this guy even out on the street? Long rap sheet including a violent attack on a cop, robbery conviction, etc. He should still have been serving time for the robbery conviction, not released on parole after 6 years.

Bought on the street or stole it. No gun laws, NOT ANY, would prevent this. That's what some imbeciles will never understand. THERE IS NO LAW THAT COULD PREVENT THIS!

Trying to make this killing a bereavement card is sad. We all feel disgusted and overwhelmed by the inhumanity of such a murder.

The stage was set by the democrats embracing furgeson and baltimore lies and BLM's endorsement of killing cops.

We now see the results of the dems fear and hate mongering campaign.

If the NYTs could link satrah palin's add, showing crosshairs on a map to the gabhby gifford shooting, then this situation is an exponentially more compelling to link to BLM and the politicians who endoirsed BLM.

It's an Assassination of a Law Enforcement Officer because she was a Law Enforcement Officer.
She was sitting in her car, filling out a report.

Kinda like Republicans practicing baseball were shot in an attempted Assassination just because they were Republicans.

Is anyone really surprised that Leftists would excuse this?
Prayers for her family - she was Murdered in the line of duty BECAUSE she was targeted as a Police Officer.

That's why it's in politics and controversies, otherwise it's just a crime.

We are a blue family. My husband is a retired officer and we have many officer friends. When this happens we take it personally. We didn't know her. But we did.

Um to try to equate this to the Castille case is pretty terrible. This woman was sitting in her vehicle and the perp intentionally came up on her with the express purpose of executing her. Castille was in a vehicle and did not listen to commands. The officer did not walk up to that vehicle with the intention of shooting Mr Castille. Shame on you for equating the two.
