Yes she is. That's why she's meeting with potential rivals to make sure they won't seriously challenge her.

She still controls the DNC and can choke off opponents funds, get debate questions ahead of time and a host of other dirty tricks to make sure she gets another shot in 2020.

I think you guys are wildly underestimating her power within the DNC and she has yet another big fat warchest build up under the guise of "opposing Trump" but it's really for her 2020 campaign.
