In a topic from a Trump supporter, asking liberals a sarcastic question, of course the vast majority are other Trump supporters responding with stereotypical and low IQ characteristics about liberals.
So which is it Trump Cultists? Are liberals super rich elites, or poor people that want handouts?
Of course not. They really want a permanent underclass to vote for free stuff.
That is why they support affirmative action. Affirmative action destroys minority lives by setting them up to fail, by giving them positions that they are not equiped to succeed at. It is a proven fact.
If it`s a "proven fact" why aren`t you giving us a link to the evidence? BTW, the trailer park crowd are reliable GOP voters. They like free stuff too.

In fact both liberal and social darvinians conservatives who occupy the upper layers of pyramid enjoy identical parasitic privileges. It is just most liberals realize the true depth of dystopia it would take to enforce that inequality the right wing way and they seek somewhat more feel good, pleasant ways to maintain that privilege while rightwingers (especially lower class ones) are ripe for some sort of Latin America banana dictatorship keeping the rabble in check.

I will never get the slavery rant. Taxes are slavery. Unless we are being taxed for defense? What is being sought? Anarchy? I don't get it.

No. Let me repeat that. No !!! That might have been a stated goal at one time. Older liberals may still hold on to that idea but the new liberals adopted another philosophy. The goal post have moved. That idea has been left in the dust bin of history. In fact they don't believe in liberalism as it was introduced by John Locke. He is often credited with founding liberalism as a distinct philosophical tradition.
The New liberal has latched on to Richard McKay Rorty an American philosopher and others like Jean-François Lyotard. Jean-François Lyotard encourage and participated in social revolution and introduce the language-games. Explanation :
To really answer what do liberals want ? If you find this confusing skip over it & go to the next para. Imagine that there are two liberals and they disagree on what a particular item is. What they will agree on is they are both right. They have developed a system or a philosophy that allows them to both be right. What they've done to get there is do away with the old concepts of reality and replaced it with an alternate reality that is individual and always correct. To use an old equation to illustrate : (A+B=C is equal to A+B=A+B ) Where A and B are the same they can equal C. Where A and B are different they can't equal C. So C is insignificant even when it's correct. That's why liberals can never be wrong. They are working within their system. Conservatives can never be right unless they agree with liberals. There is no compromise possible with anything outside their system. Within the system there is complete freedom of thought and the craziest ideas imaginable are welcome and tolerated. That's where they get their claim, they are the tolerant ones. While conservatives can point to examples where they don't see liberals as tolerant. It is easy to see the problem. They are not looking through the liberal lens, so liberals can easily sweep away any such notion, without a second thought. They have already decided they are right so no need to focus on nonsense.
So to get back to the question : What do liberals want ? They want to be right.
They have developed a philosophy where they can't be wrong. It may sound confusing but don't take my word for it. Study what liberals are learning seriously. Understand the system/philosophy and take the mystery out of it. Like all things there are weaknesses and strengths but you won't know them if you don't do your homework. Then discussion doesn't have to end in the laziness of disparagement and frustration. Unless you want it too, just for fun. BUT we don't know anyone like that. Do we ? No, not here on C-D we don't.

An upper class liberal can throw a bone to the proles and underclass without losing his status, while lower class concervatives' modest socio economic status bump is visible only in the sea of underclass, thus damn liberals are exestential threat to little pathetic worlds of lower class conservatives while risking no status and self worth of their own. Hairless apes are virulently hierarchical status driven animals. Unfortunately we could not overcome our animal nature before trashing this Planet.

Taxes are quite insignificant compared to hundreds of other ways we are (self) coerced every day so the guys at the top could squeeze a buck. And guess what government does not do most of that to us. The largest travesty of conservatism is the claim that this sort of slavery is the highest form of freedom. Submitting to unaccountable, unconcerned private corporate tyrannies maximizing their wealth and power is the way to nirvana.
