What about you? I would want you to have care in the ER even if you couldn't afford it just like anyone else.

Yes, a lot of people do clog it up, but ERs are thankfully adapting and having things like "fast track" or "non emergency."

Blame the administrators for not staffing their ERs better. Most workers there do the best they can.
