Trumps policy is same as refusing to fund troops in the battlefield, and then celebrate them failing.
Just wait - when they get to the tax reform thing, or the next budget, or when trump starts yet another war (probably with Korea), we will probably see some of that happening.

Medicare seems to work pretty well for a lot of folks.
Obama not only inherited the wars, but escalated them, and made them worse. I agree that Trump needs to coerce the Republicans in Congress to at least repeal Obamacare, and then replace it with a market based solution.
And, now, trump has inherited the wars. Is he also going to escalate them and make them worse? Maybe add another location or two? You betcha he will. And, in the mean time, he does own whatever happens to healthcare from the day he was administered the oath of office. Just like he now owns the wars. That is how it works in America.

Totally agree, except I don't think Trump will further escalate the wars like Obama did. Trump is not King like Obama thought he was. He has to get Congress to do the right thing. So far he has failed to do that on healthcare reform.
