In regards to the elections in Israel, the State Department gave a $233,500 loan to OneVoice Israel and $155,776 to OneVoice Palestine for the promotion of a two-state solution a full month before Netanyahu called surprise elections. OneVoice Israel stated the money they received from the State Department had already been spent by the time the elections were announced in December of 2014.
In regards to your question. Should a country suspect that the United States has interfered in their elections that country's government has a responsibility to investigate, denounce, and retaliate. Anything short of that is a dereliction of the government's duty to ensure its citizen's rights to a completely independent, internal election process. The past and present sins of the United States government doesn't invalidate that right.
This point has been brought up in the past but always lacking specifics. Good article by the Post, after Rubio's statement there was no follow up. If there was anything there you can believe that the senate or Israel would have brought it to light.

If there was anything significant in this story you can bet the GOP would have investigated, it's a rather big nothing and just an attempted deflection to dismiss the Russian hacking.

Why haven't you responded to post 7 & 8, your thread has been sorely lacking of facts. Instead of repeating "they did it", why not present an intelligent argument.
The initial START treaty obliged the United States and Russia to reveal detailed information regarding any transfer of nuclear material to a third state as well as to provide the number, type, date, unique identifier, location (of transfer), modernization, and maintenance of transferred nuclear items. As the replacement for the expired START 1 treaty, the New START treaty carried the same language and requirements.
