I thought I knew. Really. I'm 57 and have seen our government at work. The calendar strikes 2017, some businessman named Trump is POTUS, and now I just don't remember how it all works midway through the year.

I mean, I saw some clips of Trump doing some mad paper signing early on (I think it's called legislation). I've heard bickering and firings and recusing and other personnel moves. I keep on hearing about some repeal/replace thingie, but it dies and is reborn and dies and is reborn... The media is fake now? I've been duped all these years? All kinds of finger pointing. SOmething about lefties suck or righties are blind?

It's July, and I haven't heard or read anything about our government at work for the people like I've been used to for decades. Now it's just people in government complaining about other people in government, continued quotes like "Make America great again" and then nothing. I remember something about a wall, but now I'm thinking it must have been something else. That guy Trump, you know, the POTUS guy, speaks he doesn't say anything other than I'm disappointed in this and we'll do it without them or other stuff like that.

Oh well, I guess I should just watch the History channel to see how it used to be.

That was part of the message the democrats ran on last time.
It kept their candidate out of several states.
She stayed home too, but I don't know if she watched the history channel.
