Crime up, and still rising since August 2014. There's a reason it's now referred to as the "Ferguson Effect".

Must be a bunch of Swedes/Norwegians like me running roughshod over the area, as usual.

Can you be more specific regarding what you mean by the Johnson/Brown story? If you are specifically talking about whether Brown had his hands up when he was shot, the forensic evidence disproves that. Other elements of the story are still in dispute.

The DOJ determined the Ferguson PD systematically discriminated against and targeted black people. They ultimately did not charge Wilson with civil rights violations because they could not prove intent and this was the outcome that most legal experts anticipated even prior to the investigation.

As for the comment in bold - that is probably the most egregious aspect of the whole case. The prosecutor knowingly allowed someone to present false testimony. This is not the standard practice and is a violation of professional ethics.

Ferguson is fine. Find an article that is up to date please.

Michael Brown was not a thug. Ask anyone who knew him.

If the prosecutor had allowed only witnesses He deemed credible, he'd have been hounded for not letting any witnesses against Wilson testify. As I told you, and you've probably seen for yourself, the DOJ found zero credible witnesses for Brown.

By Johnson/Brown story, I mean any version that has Wilson shooting Brown in the back, or while he was on his knees, or any of the other fake narratives from those initial lying self-proclaimed witnesses.

You should post more often, Dave. This is nothing.

But I agree with you. Fake brawn and big mouths when nobody knows your name.

That's pretty weak. By that measure they shouldn't have let Brown's friend testify either and of course if they kept out 1 persons testimony you'd be in here arguing that it was a conspiracy.

They let everybody testify and let the GJ sort it out with the forensic evidence etc.

The prosecutor was danged if they did and danged if they didn't and keep in mind it was a grand jury and not an actual trial.

The burden was pretty low and just ONE lady managed to trump the other dozen plus testimonies?

Sorry. That's BS.

I agree with several other posters that the racial crap getting posted to these threads is vile.

Over the years I've reported tons of these posts, if you haven't already please join me in doing so.
