Tottenham's New Ground which is currently under construction, is now to have two pitches, an NFL Pitch and a retractable Football (soccer) pitch, which suggests a London NFL Franchise might be a very real future prospect.

the owners should demand the players if you are not going to honor the flag while in uniform you stay in the locker room for 5 minutes or 10 minutes, if they can't do that then you get a fine or lose your job and go protest full time in your own time.

the owners sign the paychecks and they should have done something.
Once again (can't count the amount of times I have put this out there in these protests threads): there is a "Collective Bargaining Agreement" in place and the owners can not do much to stop the protests. No rules have been broken in accordance of that agreement. Possibly as others have suggested would be to leave entire teams in the Locker-Room until after the Anthem has been played.

Jerry Jones, the Dallas owner, told the players that if they did not stand for the anthem, and/or if the protested, they would not be playing for the Dallas Cowboys. Guess what? No players protest. So it can't be against the CBA. The owners own the teams, they own the uniforms, and players can not do things to disparage the team, nor the uniform. Why can't other teams owners do that?

Why? Then football would be segregated. The NFL would serve as the poster child of the police state.

The players are employees, and the NFL is a PRIVATE BUSINESS. How can it be a Police STATE??? They can not do things that make the team, and the league look bad. No football would not be "segregated". They would all be following the rules of employment. The Dallas Cowboys are following the rules. Are they SEGREGATED? No.

Your third sentence hit the nail on the head. The NFL cannot look bad. However if 1 team goes police statist, people simply follow another team. If the Cowboys are following the rules, who is breaking the rules? Who makes the rules?

That was a false news report. Jones said no such thing.

Worst part of going to games. Sitting in the stands while play is stopped for commercial's.

Worst part of watching games at home. Having to put up with all the commercial's.

Maybe the NFL should take a look at how the Premier League is shown on the weekends and how the racing industry uses ads while the race is still being shown.

Soccer is advancing because of limited interruptions. The postage stamp that shows racing during commercials doesn't cut it for me. People are cutting the cord for a reason.
