If you search Google for the NFL rulebook, a funny thing happens.
One of the suggested searches is NFL rulebook A62 A63. Another is NFL rulebook pages a62 a63.
What is the about? There is a rumor that says the NFL rulebook has instructions for players to stand at attention during the playing of the national anthem....
Vernon Davis, a tight end with the Redskins, said he would visit the White House if he was invited, and he would tell the President that "we love the flag. Let's focus on solutions rather than attack those protesting."
How you are not able to see how grossly offensive kneeling is offensive to many people is baffling. The anthem is part of traditional America values and culture.
Have you considered that it may ALL be about the destruction of "American Values & Culture"?
The rest of it is grandstanding and razzle-dazzle.
Seems TV ratings are slightly up from last year at this time and Tom Brady, Dale Earnhart Jr., Michael Jordon, LeBron James, ... are all making it clear they support the players right to peacefully protest whatever they want.

Our nation started with a protest in the Boston harbor. Protesting is at the heart of who we are.
Or as as Dale Earnheart Jr. tweeted:
All Americans R granted rights 2 peaceful protests
Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable-JFK
Trump and his followers are the ones working to destroy American values and culture.
