I know Trump father is a staunch racist, but Trump himself is not. What Trump really is? Trump is an opportunist, and willing to exploit or take advantage of anything or anything.

The team should be given a delay of game penalty and fined for not being on the field on game time ready to play as stated in the NFL rulebook. A forfeit would even be better.
Maybe they should all do that so the focus can return to the game instead of politics.

Of course they don't want to be ignored, but they are not actively disrupting others from standing during the anthem, so what's the big deal? It's a peaceful demonstration, and it doesn't even hold up the game. They kneel, the anthem plays, and then there's the kick off. It's not like they're running around the field chanting and shredding American flags. They're just kneeling.

It is not a matter of free speech, they can stand on their knuckle-heads and bleet like sheep if they want to.

It is a matter of RESPECT and PRIDE for the USA -- for our flag, for peace, and for home, and every word of the Star Spangled Banner.

Go take a knee in Russia.

Or you can force them to take a knee here at gunpoint. That way they don't have to go to Russia.

...and that 15 minutes of action is accompanied by at least 45 minutes of TV commercials as well as all the advertising visible on and around the stadium during the game. It's just not worth tuning in.

I like that they kneel for the national anthem. It looks like more respect is being given. They should bow down to a country that gave them such opportunity. Keep kneeling, boys.

So what's he taking advantage of by calling all the protesting NFL players SoBs and hoping they get fired, but calling some of the White Supremacists marching under anti-semitic and racist banners good people?

Wait till NFL ratings and attendance continue to dip. Only then will you see the league take action against this knee taking fad.
