Of course he did, now he's dead. Dead because of a bad cop but also because he did not respect authority

Sadly, most of these cop shooting incidents is happening because of this very reason. Now, thanks to camera phones, we are seeing exactly that mentality starting all the way when these people are kids, from bad mouthing and hitting their own parents, or other adults, to ganging up and bashing teachers in school, or bus drivers, or beating up a mother because she is trying to protect her daughter from some bullies.

Since when has the 'land of the free & home of the brave' morphed or devolved into 'home of the Authoritarian followers'?

Nobody should respect an authority violating your Constitutional rights. Jeff Payne was fired over it. We are getting there.

Some would prefer we live in Afghanistan, I guess. Comply or die - public beheadings - or I should say like Saudi Arabia.

Dismantle the police department, you can be as free as you want. Hope you are the 1st one to need help. Until then, obey police commands, it is the LAW and police want to go home too.

It is NOT the law that you have to follow unlawful commands from the police. It is why Jeff Payne was fired.
