Do you mean programs like Social Security, unemployment compensation, the CCC for many unemployed people after the Great Depression, Civil Rights Act, Voting Rights Act, Head Start programs for the disadvantaged and the like?

You mean proof that it's healthier to have clean water and air? I'm not quite sure what you're driving at. Also, it appears the conservatives want less government, unless it goes up against their own personal belief system. Then they're all about legislating what people can and cannot do with their own bodies, in the confines of their own homes, etc.

Nixon, a Republican, created the Environmental Protection Agency, EPA, and signed the Clean Air, and Water Act. Local communities largely fund, and are responsible for education in the U.S.

Trump and DeVos to name two. Trump wants to cut regulations for clean air and water, and DeVos is wanting to gut public education.

Oh, I guess the Bill of Rights was pretty liberal...still is by some standards. Universal public education. Social Security.

And they would de-fund it in a hot minute, given the chance. Dude, just look at their agenda. Privatize education, healthcare, and everything else. Screw the EPA and the National Parks, there is money to be made there.

I'm actually interested in hearing your definition of "Liberalism" b/c the answers are so obvious that the only way you can't see them is if you have some warped definition.

Like someone asking how has education helped anyone, but they're really trying to talk about indoctrination.

It hasn't. We were all better off in the Middle Ages.
