This man has a very serious problem in regard to telling the truth. There is absolutely no reason to make up a lie like this--he is simply a pathological and compulsive liar.
It calls into question everything he says--EVERYTHING.
It is absolutely astounding that he ever had the gall to call other candidates liars, as it also makes him one massive hypocritical liar. And the cult excuse that "all politicians lie" simply does not fly any more.
These are not little white lies told out of necessity or to avoid alienating segments of the population.
These are big honking lies told to prop up his incredibly fragile ego. He is a weak person.

Boy Scout leadership? What the heck does that mean? Notice that he names no names. It's a classically vague Trump statement that is impossible to validate one way or the other. In any case, it's pretty clear that Surbaugh did not call the president, so the official statement on Trump's speech to Jamboree remains the apology Surbaugh made on behalf of the BSA for the event turning into a political rally. That certainly doesn't support Trump's claim.

"corrupt" hillary: at a time when he was settling a civil fraud case out of court ( trump u ).
