You can get rid of him in 2020 by convincing the Republicans to vote someone else in the primary or by the Democrats finding a candidate that isn't so repugnant that people will decide to just avoid voting, vote 3rd party, or hold their nose tight and vote for Trump again, like they did in 2016. The Democrats and the news media gave us President Trump and were mighty gleeful about him being the Republican candidate right up until about 8:00 o'clock November 8, 2016. This is exactly why you don't want the other party to have a crappy candidate.
What gave us president Trump was his crazy talk about Muslims and murderous illegal immigrants and his promise to give us a free wall to hide behind. Crooked Hillary balked at jumping into the gutter with him.

To be fair, I heard a lot of complaining, conspiracy theories, whining and 'sniveling' from the right during Obama's tenure.
