You must have been away for a while. This recover started 8 years ago under Obama. Up to that point, companies were laying off and no one was hiring, but thanks to Obama, it is now totally different.

Considering the cited article speaks of home builders noticing the labor shortage 18-24 months ago and realizing they'd need to do something like raise wages to attract new workers, this should be attributed to Trump because?
