Robert Stark talks to Zoltan Istvan about his Proposal for a California State Basic Income - The Stark Truth With Robert Stark

Zoltan Istvan is a Candidate for Governor.

"The Federal government’s net worth of natural resources is at least $130 trillion dollars. California is the third largest state in the U.S., and its 45 million federal acres of land could be worth $10 to $20 trillion dollars."

"If every household — and there are about 13 million in California — received this sort of 5 percent annual payout, it would be about $57,500 per household, or nearly $5,000 a month. In short, it would dramatically change the lives of tens of millions of people — especially the nearly 40 percent of Californians who live at, below or near the poverty line of $24,000 for a family of four."

What "annual payout?"

The problem with this is that this is mostly empty land generates no income so there is no revenue generated to share.

Seconded. However I'd definitely support giving people this land free and clear to better balance the populations between the cities and these low-populated areas. Please, no more people in the cities!

They should start by imposing a 85% tax on the very wealthy in Nancy Pelosi's district and the Hollywood celebrities who think they know what's best.

You would see a mass exodus of these hypocrites from California.

FEDERAL acres, those belong to all citizens in the US, not to California. Sorry greedy money grubbing liberals you'll have to earn your own way.

The problem is it requires someone else have their money taken to fund it.

I'm in favor of this plan. I'm also in favor of the new health care law that proposed - free healthcare for all. So far they have sanctuary for any illegals and those illegals don't have to follow the same Laws that US Citizens follow - I think annual payouts of over $50,000 a year & Free Healthcare fit right in with the Unicorns & Rainbows mindset.

I'm in favor of almost anything that might bring the people of California back to a modicum of Reality.

Yeah, but then we'd have to put up with them living where normal people live. Better to keep them contained. Build a wall around Pelosi's district to keep them in, along with an equal number of illegal humans, I mean unregistered Democrats, uh, I mean undocumented maids and drywall hangers, and then tax their liberal @sses at 85%!
