Watch for right wing rants and posts about the evils of federal grand juries and why they should be outlawed.

As it turns out, it's not that big a deal which surprised me. Law professor John Jordan said a grand jury involves getting documents. Long way from any indictment and even longer from a conviction if any. He also said he's never seen such a discrepancy between reality and media hysteria. He also was shocked that Mueller doesn't seem to care that it looks suspicious with him only hiring Dems and Hillary donors; no attempt to appear impartial at all which might not serve him well since there is such intense public scrutiny of this case. He might wind up like James Comey who was believed by many to be a paragon of virtue but revealed to be the opposite. Mueller might destroy his own reputation. Is it worth it, I wonder.

Learned something new: only the United States and Liberia still use Grand Juries as they are considered unfair since only the prosecution, not the defense can present a case. Doesn't that strike anyone as a bit bizarre? We need to get rid of Grand Juries since they sound like a total waste of taxpayer money regardless of which party you favor.

There are plenty of lawyers in prison who thought they could beat the system. Some do, of course. Look at the Clintons.

Trump will be gone in months. Mueller will force his resignation.

I'm of course not saying anything specific here - I'm not saying Trump is going to be impeached or indicted. But this is not a "nothing burger". Let's be real here - this doesn't look good.

Why? He is likely not under investigation. If anyone gets in trouble it is more likely some subordinates

actually many legal scholars and the ACLU wants to get rid of the grand jury and they make a strong case.....they are hardly right wingers, most of them are liberals.

Mueller has been paid lots of money to run this investigation and hired a bunch of political lawyers...its going to cost the taxpayers millions of dollars.....of course he will use the powers of the Grand Jury to get people under oath and subpoena documents, people are not just going to volunteer to speak with him without a lawyer, so he will use a Grand Jury, its the only move he has......I seen Grand Juries return a decision of NO indictments.......so this could be nothing or this could be something.

but whatever he has it will come to light sooner or later.
