Even you are so arrogant to ignore the history entirely, you only need to look at NK and Venezuela.
Also, please point out what poverty that capitalism has caused? Name one famine during peacetime that was caused by capitalism.
I can name it, gentrification. When people's housing costs get pushed up and up, but their wages stay flat. What's the solution to that one Batman?
One big problem I see with capitalism is that it is based on growth, which leads to many of the unhealthy developments we can see around us. Too much production, too much consumption, too much pollution, too much competition, too much greed, too much inequality, etc. - too much of everything. Everything seems to get infested with the money virus.

That's our nature... Evolution is driven by our wants and needs. All of our discoveries were based on people that wanted more.

That's not entirely true though.
Capitalism is purely about the private ownership of industry. Growth isn't inherently required.
If I open up a hardware store, I can choose as my goal to make enough to live comfortably and that's it. No growth necessary. That's still fully capitalist.
The need for constant growth is a values based assessment. It fits nicely into capitalism, but isn't a requirement.

There is no evolution in humans anymore.
Many of those discoveries had better remained undiscovered. No colonial times, no genocides, economic fascism etc.
We had better correct our pseudo-nature in time, which is perfectly possible. There are interesting studies, which suggest our modern life style requires several times our current Earth. The only reason that is not a big problem yet is that many humans still live in utter poverty, without access to what we tell ourselves are human rights.

Be that as it may, for some reason it seems that businesses are not happy anymore to stay the way they are.
I think it's because of the invention of stocks.

Well, now it's just precedent.
Competition is inevitable in capitalism. We've allowed the scale of competition to grow to a point where it's destructive. If one industry expands and attempts to corner a market, others have to as well to stay alive.
You don't have this problem when people care more about local economies. The thing is, it's rare the local economies can compete with the massive national and international ones. There's a reason Walmart is dirt cheap. It produces in bulk (and the product quality is lower... but it's purely meant to be consumed).
Many think capitalism is the problem with our current economy, but I don't agree. It's consumerism.

I reside in Brazil where the major left-wing party has publicly demonstrated support to Maduro. How come people still think that communism and socialism works?
I admit I haven't read the whole thread, but the obvious question to me is - have you admitted that capitalism isn't working?
By the way, are you sure you live in Brazil? Your post says you're in Cannes.

That is a very good point, consumerism is a big issue which is driving so many of the big problems of today. If people would put more of their money in the local economy and prefer to buy things that are long-lasting if more expensive then things would be better but that'd take quite a shift in mindset for many people.
