Nobody argues that there is no difference. We argue the difference comes from personal choice not from sexism or discrimination.
Show us the evidence that women are discriminated and deliberately paid less for doing the same job with the same quality.

at my very large tech company, we publish pay statistics every year. i assuming since they have the detailed data by grade level that is how they are making comparisons, rather than just job title. while as an overall percentage we have more men than woman, women are paid 1% more.
Here's a suggestion ~ all who think that this was a great body of work and success - write a 10 page manifesto about your corporation and how they are wrong ~ send it to everyone in the company ~ and see how those SNOWFLAKE MANAGERS boot you out before you can say Boo.
And sexism is real in your post. You think men are less important than women. You think men have to change to accommodate women, but it's unfair and inefficient to make the majority adapt to the minority instead of vice versa.

How about we ignore this mentality and instead work toward building a society in which intelligent people are not discouraged from writing well about important things just because some snowflake's feelings might be hurt.
Important? LOL. Damore should have done that on his own time, not his company. That's not what Google hired him for. But now he is free to write long-winded manifestos about whatever he wants. But he can no longer waste his employer's time and money doing it. Maybe he can sell his writings and make a few bucks, he will need it.
Did anyone actually read James Damore's memo? And did you see how the media twisted it into "Anti-diversity, anti gender equality?" No one in their right mind would come to that conclusion after reading the memo in context. No one... except for the MSM, who is never in their right minds.
It was reported that there is large support for the James Damore by other Google employees. That says a lot about Google's totalitarian regime.

Yes. Laughter of fools notwithstanding, SJW encroachment in the workplace is one of the most important issues of our time. If the race and gender jihadis succeed in the American high tech industry, which has been mostly unaffected by them to this point, the future will be a much bleaker place, and likely a much more China-dominated one.
