Jaana Dogan with her misspelled hipster name expects HR to save her from the evil man saying mean things. Not a contrary argument that makes any sense to anyone, just demanding HR squash this insurgency of truth in her BS world.

“You’re being blacklisted by people at companies outside of Google,” he continued. “You might not have been aware of this, but people know, people talk. There are always social consequences.”

Psychologists Claim Google Viewpoint Diversity Manifesto Is Scientifically Accurate
Google employee James Damore, who authored the manifesto, has since been fired from Google, with the company claiming he had advanced “harmful gender stereotypes in our workplace.”
Even though I personally disagree with firing him, I would've fired him too. It was simply necessary to avoid a massive public backlash/boycotts/etc. Google had a responsibility to its shareholders (myself included) to do this.
Meh, Bakers want to blacklist gays.
Once this attitude prevails it happens from all sides.
