The Feds would not have gone in unless they had enough cause to get a warrant.

My guess is they caught Manafort lying or hiding something.

Few lawyers ask questions to which they don't have answers.

Haha.

I see "may have" and "could have."

You don't know what was asked for in the warrant and you don't know what was found. Neither do I, and that's how it should be.

Nice try, but UNNAMED SOURCE, and FAKE NEWS!

The paragraphs are from the Washington Post article. It's also confirmed by Blumenthal later in the same article when he said that such searches were reserved for "untrusted potential targets."

I wonder when they'll raid the Clinton home.

So you admit you don't know what was asked for and what was found?

Now an FBI raid on Manafort's home. Once again, no judge will grant a search warrant unless there's evidence of a crime.

The Trump administration is in big, big trouble.

I think they feel if they ignore it , the investigations will all go away. It is a new ailment called "Trump Denial Syndrome".......TDS, for short.

This whole thing is VERY SERIOUS. They have not assembled such a large, skilled staff and a Grand Jury or two for no reason whatsoever. It took a long time to get Nixon to resign, but this one is on steroids and moving along really fast.

I'm predicting that by the end of the year, we all will be discussing President Pence on here.

So it looks like they were going after Manafort due to money he was hiding in foreign bank accounts. This was before he worked for Trump. The Feds don't care what crimes you commit but you had damned well better pay your taxes!

He should have destroyed his hard drives, shredded docs and smashed cell phones with hammers like Hillary did and then say he was careless

When they have probable cause. They haven't found anything in the last 30 years or so, but hey - the millenium is young.
