Oh, a Confederate solider statue replaced with an ANIMAL!!!! I lived in Florida for 10 years and preferred to see Manatees, especially live ones, than statues of soldiers. Been at the Welcome to Florida Rest Stop many times. There is a big statue of a Dolphin there. Tourists are constantly taking pictures in front of that statue. Think they would be if it was a Confederate Soldier Statue? That is not a Tourist attraction.
