It's like the flavor of the month! We have the I hate the American Flag and National Anthem flavor, then it was all cops are evil flavor, and now it's all civil war statues/memorials are just soooooo (all of a sudden) offensive flavor.
Who knows what will be the next one but gotta keep the hate going!
Next it will be attacks on historical Confederate reenactments. It's happened before, in Gettysburg. It will happen again because there's no satisfying this hateful movement now that some city councils have folded, and the left keeps insisting that we all fall into line.

Yes, it's not beyond belief that grave markers and memorials in Confederate cemeteries will be declared offensive and must be removed so that no evidence exists, ever, of the soldiers who fought and died.
That part of history MUST be obliterated to the last person.
Then and only then can we have a liberal utopia.
The left has turned the corner into a new state of madness.
Americans love Anarchy. The democrats once again have a winning hand.
PC is giving them leeway. People are conditioned and scared not to be pc.
For the longest time the right mostly acquiesced and let things slide. They are not the vocal kind to make a lot of noise over things. But the time comes when enough is enough and they begin to speak up and all of a sudden the left is taken aback and goes on a rampage calling the right 'alt' and racists and bigots.
Perfect example: We have a President who states things the way they are, which the left finds intolerable, who is receiving mounting attacks simply for being realistic, pointing out that which some refuse to see. You might call that a truly "inconvenient truth".
[quote=Her;49231716]This is just sad. Is vandalism going to solve anything? Why have these statues monuments suddenly become so offensive NOW? for f*cks sake, let's move them to museums rather than destroying them.
Orwell wrote in 1984 :
“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.” - George Orwell, 1984"
