They're quite similar to Trump, and natural allies. The both "love the uneducated".
And I should add that their followers, both Trumps and Evangelists, believe everything they say.

It's not about me or something you've made up about me. It's about policy. That's not something you'll discuss because progressive policies are known failures.
Pulling out of an event because of a media lie? LOL The ones that pulled out are a disgrace. Always good to see who the posers are. And I never supported trump but I'll speak out for the truth.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I never supported trump. Not that the truth matters to some.

Seeing as you are such a champion of the truth, here is the truth: a total of 16 charities have pulled their events from Mar-a-Lago thus far. Who knows how many more will follow.

And you're right, it's not about you. It's about organizations pulling out of Trump's venues. Whether you think they're a disgrace for doing so or not is immaterial.

...
Fundraising is friend raising.

You want to do is throw a good party that everybody looks forward to so you can raise some decent money for your good cause.

Throw it a Mar-a-Lago and your friends better be Nazi sympathizers or at least neutral on the matter.

What's sad is the permanent damage he is doing to our representative democracy. He is working every single day to undermine the stability of our government. He's an anarchist at heart, just like the Nazi scum that organized the Charlottesville "rally". Don't kid yourself, he is a true believer in their philosophy and is going to push their agenda at every opportunity. That is crystal clear at this point.

This is all going to get a lot worse before it gets better, but in the end, it may well backfire on the radical right. Emboldened by Trump, they are revealing their true nature to the vast majority of Americans who had no clue that such hate filled miscreants were living among them. As a result they will be forced even further underground. Or they will be stimulated to perpetrate terrorist acts like Timothy McVeigh did in Oklahoma City. And if they do? They will be finished.
