IF that's true, you shouldn't have any problem supporting it with facts. GO!

Given it's far easier to find LE agencies commenting on rising right wing terror threats, I don't believe it is.

The statues should stay/be returned to where they were originally placed, and Americans should reject the poisonous Taliban/ISIS mentality of destroying historical artifacts that is so common now on the Left.

The statues should be protected by federal law, and those who vandalize or remove them should be sentenced to prison for 25 years minimum.

Those statues and monuments depicting heroic warriors defending the southern Confederacy were all put in place between 1878 and the 1920s. None were erected prior to that time or after except the mountain wall carving in Georgia, which is like a white supremacist meeting place. Jim Crow laws came into being in 1877 after reconstruction. Hmmmmmmm.

They were a direct reminder of Jim Crow laws to the people and were a constant reminder in those towns of who represented the people who ruled that town. They were symbols and constant reminders of Jim Crow, segregation and white supremacy.
There's not one monument ever erected depicting black southern individuals in heroic poses.

That being said, I don't think there should be some national purging of the monuments. It should be up to the local people to decide if they want to keep it or not. People who go around ripping them down or defacing them are nothing better than common vandals no matter what principle they are trying to establish.

My honest thoughts on the monument controversy.

Far more violence on the Left?

That's easy to prove.

Just read history. About 50 million people murdered by Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot.

Just look at the news. Leftist anti-Trumps rioting in Chicago, Berkeley, Washington D.C. and Portland. BLM members assassinating police officers. Occupy Wall Street rioting and burning in Oakland. Rioting, looting and arson in Ferguson and Baltimore. Antifa and anti Trumps assaulting Trump supporters in San Jose.

Violence is the mother's milk of the fascist Left.

Always has been, always will be.

Someday this country will wise up and resort to using the National Guard first instead of last, and then jailing these un-American hooligans instead of just citing them and letting them go.

They are actually terrorists. They should be expelled from this country and never allowed back in.

I like most of those statues and find them very beautiful and provide a warning to people about listening to people in our government about joining the military to fight a lost cause like Afghanistan War.

This may well result in blizzard conditions in hell but I completely agree with you. This knee-jerk 'take them down' BS should be stopped.

That so many are so damned concerned with inanimate objects while paying no attention to the inane wars and other foreign policy blunders we commit speaks volumes about priorities in this country and I don't believe it says anything encouraging.
