First the failed liberals tried to pretend the President had somehow "stolen" the election by voter fraud, intimidation, and violence. But they had to stop saying it, when everyone found out that their own side had committed much more of those things than the Republicans.
Then they started screaming that a few meetings between Republicans and people from Russia, somehow amounted to "collusion", interference with our election, bribery, and even treason. They kept up the cacophony for six months, trying to get people to believe it out of sheer volume of their shouting and whining, despite the lack of any evidence of any crime, quid pro quo etc.
They even got Congress to start an investigation to see what all the hysteria was about. But when month after month of this produced nothing, and people started seeing that the Democrats had worked with Russians far more than Republicans had, the Democrats finally had to start dialing it back.
Next came a rehash of old, tired Democrat propaganda: Republicans were racists, they were Nazis, they were promoting hate against women, minorities, etc. etc.; again with scant actual evidence. But people began to remember the Democrat founding and populating of the Ku Klux Klan (to this very day), Democrats owning most black slaves, Democrats voting in smaller percentages for the Civil Rights Act than Republicans, etc.
And Americans have seen the current facts: Murder rates of minorities have been soaring in cities controlled by Democrats. Democrats have been constantly pushing legislation based on the notion that black people couldn't make it without massive government help (while proposing no such programs for whites). And the American people have seen clear evidence that violence at rallies, on city streets, on college campuses etc. was committed almost exclusively by Democrat voters and in some cases was deliberately fomented by people hired and bussed in by Democrats. Millions of illegal aliens have walked across our borders as Democrats encouraged “sanctuary cities”, reduce the Border Patrol, limited the actions of ICE, etc., all in defiance of U.S. laws that have been on the books for decades. Democrats whose most important job it is to create and enforce our laws, have been doing the opposite.
Normal people are realizing more and more, that despite high-pitched Democrat insistence, it's not the Republicans who are "the bad guys".
Now the Democrats are apparently changing their tactics yet again: President Trump is now "unfit for office", for a variety of reasons ranging from his choice of wife to his laughing in Democrats' faces to his changing his mind after long study and discussions of complex problems to even the color of his hair.
And finally we are getting evidence: Evidence that normal Americans are getting tired of Democrats' constant shouting, whining, and hysteria that has followed their defeat at the polls in Nov. 2016. Nothing the Democrats have ranted about, has produced any concrete result, or even turned out to be true.
Unfortunately, after years of Democrat failures in everything from foreign relations to race relations to health care to National Debt management to border protection while blaming everyone except themselves, normal Americans are coming to realize that it's not Republicans who are mentally unfit for office.
Comically, the Democrats have been picking out the worst aspects of their own legacy, and trying to accuse Republicans of doing them with little or no evidence, only to have their frantic actions blow up in their faces time and gain. They are apparently the Wile E. Coyotes of the American political scene. But normal Americans are starting to get their fill of the cartoonish Democrats.
But the Democrats have nothing else, and so they apparently must continue down their path of hatred, divisiveness, and destruction of anyone who doesn't agree with them... and especially the destruction of anyone the country chooses to replace them.
The Democrats can't announce plans to improve the country and bring us together, because over the last decade they have demonstrated their plans don't work and usually have the opposite effect. They have to start again with young people who weren't around to witness their failures and disasters, and hope they can get them to believe the old tired sayings without checking what actually happened.
But the next few elections are likely to reveal the American people's reaction to all this Democrat failure, lying, and duplicity... and be a continuation of the drubbing that reached its peak (so far) on Nov. 8, 2016.
Dems love failure.
They are embracing it with the same message of hate as they did in the last election.
They offered "A Better Way" and people realized it was "MAGA". Then they went back to hate and division a known failure. They are a broken mess in meltdown mode.
Actually, these days most of us are just sitting back and watching. Trump's little intra-party war with the Republican leadership in Congress is doing a lot of the work for us.
Will Democrats' long list of failures in dealing with Republicans, continue? Or will the Dems finally see the light, and realize that normal Americans don't believe their lies and don't want them in government any more?
We don't need to do a single thing these days. Your idiot in the White House is doing all the work for us. We're just sitting back, putting our feet up, and enjoying the circus that is unfolding with the the Republican in control. The Gong Show wasn't this amateurish. Or half as entertaining.
