This point has been made dozens of times in this forum. Voters didn't vote for Trump for his personality. He has a lousy personality. We voted for him because we wanted the policies he espoused....the only candidate that did espouse them.

I get it. You and others post multiple threads a day because you hate the man. I don't like him personally, either. He is a vulgar man, but he isn't an Idiot, the #2 term on the list posted. He beat 16 other mostly long term, career Republican politicians and a career Politician who had a billion dollars in campaign funds and the media at her feet.

Apparently something WAS different earlier; the system was at least reminiscent of democratic process. Now it seems the gloves are off, and the elections are simply downright bought and sold.
Otherwise why would so many complained during the last elections that "both candidates were poor choice"?
