Finally, a voice of reason. Hopefully our career officers are not resigning in bulk (as before) and we will handle things in the time-honored way.
BTW, all those loving nuclear war first have to answer why we "allow" Pakistan, a fundy Islamist country, to not only have major numbers of nukes, but to have delivery methods.
For their trouble we have given them billions in military hardware.
Maybe we should do the same for NK? After all, it's good for business at Lockheed-Martin.
Just as soon as North Korea agrees to a central banking cartel that answers to the federal reserve, you'll see it happen.
I am not an alarmist but this one could spin fast. If you remember the Vietnam war you'll remember the Gulf of Tonkin and the reason the America's started war against Ho Chi Minh. Most wars start that way. If the US or allies think he's fitting an ICBM with a nuclear payload, it will start.
I try to imagine what that will look and feel like. All I see is biblical and epic destruction. I guess the best way in my mind to prepare ones family is to talk about it.

I would hope not exactly like that..as most now agree that the Tonkin incident was a planned pretext to justify the US getting into the war. The USS Maddox was operating inside North Vietnamese waters, conducting hostile operations and the NVA was completely justified in attacking her.
It was presented to the American people that the attack was unprovoked and that the Maddox was in international waters.
I hope we are not manufacturing a pretext for a war--I would doubt it..since Kim has been very helpful in giving us reasons to knock his block off.
When is Trump going to unleash his "fire and fury" against NK?
He won't.
Like Kim, he's a big BSer. They're alike in that respect.
So many on this forum shaking in their boots over NK and their puny nukes.
Kim knows that no nuclear armed nation has been invaded. With a wink and nod from China, he will continue to take a poke at Japan, SK, and the USA when it suits him. And then giggle at all the fuss and bluster.
But he's not the psycho nutjob the media like to label him. He's rational enough to play tRump like a hooked carp.

I think our option will be to bomb that missile site. The problem will be NK's response.
UN has called for an Emergency Meeting about the Detonation of the nuclear bomb.
KJU is about to get his panties pulled up.
The UN will probably sanction Israel in response.
