There are multiple main roads the motorcade could take. Close to the company the roads are blocked off. So no, they wouldn't have known which roads to line up on.

He called me before the speech .He also said he would be able to see Air Force One come in. .. I am not familiar with the area.

I was on my way to get a haircut. I saw its approach..it flew over me.......about 12:50 pm
