Yeah, that's not offensive at all. Would you like me to compare the races of all those that have been charged with prosecutorial misconduct?

This is the more astute observation, and gosh darn, it managed not to insult an entire race.

The truth is not polite.

It has been the policy of the country in education, hiring, firing and applications to advance black people for 3 decades.

She (ms mosby) failed to establish the guilt of the police officers, failed to try to the case to the standard of proof and ignored all recommendations of investigation and investigated the matter herself. In doing so she exposed the fallacy of the educational goals to remedy the past transgressions. This she did, long before a camera came to her face.

So while it's easier to call my post (and our accurate viewpoints) "offensive to an entire race" it does so at the cost of ignoring how things happen and come to be. Freddy Gray was harmed to the point of death and someone knows why. The cost of promoting ms mosby to the position of authority was injustice. Irony.

Promoted through schools due to her race, accepted into positions because of the color of her skin and promoted to positions to which we was not qualified for. She had no idea was jurisprudence was about. The judge in her case cited that reality as well as holding her prosecutors in contempt for withholding exculpatory evidence.

So while it's more palatable and certainly less harsh to see her as a victim of the media it is not truthful. We must be able to speak plainly.

This has been reality facing America for 30 years. Long to long have people called racist a truth of the matter rather than deal with the accuracy of our statements. The lady was a fraud. She became one because she was black.
